Shipping policy
Processing times:
Please allow 9-21 business days (Monday-Friday) for all Signature wig Collection orders to process.
Please allow 7-14 business days for all bundles/lace orders to process.
Holidays and weekends are not included in business days.
Processing times may be extended or delayed when there are major sales/specials(ex. Black Friday) in place. During this time, please allow 3-5 extra business days for processing.
Please be advised that processing and shipping times are seperate.
For example, if you order and select two day shipping at checkout, your order will ship after the processing but UPS or USPS will deliver in two days once they receive your package.
Shipping:
All packages are either shipped through UPS or USPS, both will require signature upon delivery.
Delivery can take 2-5 business days.
The email used at checkout will be the email that tracking will be sent to.
Please be advised that once the shipping carrier receives your package, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or stolen packages. In the unfortunate event that any of those situations occur, please contact the shipping carrier to file an insurance claim. Every order is insured for the amount of your order. If the shipping company has issues and have to reach out to us, we will handle the issue with the shipping company directly.
Returns/exchanges
All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds. Refunds are only applicable in the case that there was an issue on our end such as sending the wrong product.
